Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System for the Commission

NetU Consultants Ltd. after a competition is to undertake, the implementation and maintenance of software for the management of applications and licences of the National Gaming and Casino Supervision Commission. The project will be implemented using the Salesforce cloud platform.  

The implementation of the system is part of the process of modernisation of the Cyprus National Gaming and Supervision Commission, which has as its main aim to improve the process of managing (a) applications for licencing and (b) licensed natural and legal persons. With the completion of this digital transformation, the Cyprus National Gaming and Casino Supervision Commission will succeed in reducing the processing times and simplifying its processes, using one of the most modern ready-made software tools in the world.

The contract was signed in December 2020 and implementation of the system is expected to be completed within 4 months.
