EU Amends 39 Entries on Global Human Rights Sanctions List

Τhe Council of the European Union adopted Council Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/2471 to amend restrictive measures against serious human rights violators.

The Council reviewed the sanctions list and updated the entries concerning 27 individuals and 12 entities.

The annex to the implementing regulation contains the full names, identifying information, and reasons for listing for each of the 39 updated sanctions list entries.
