The Council of the European Union adopted Council Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/1559, which amends restrictive measures imposed on Iran.

Specifically, the EU removed one individual from its sanctions list, but reaffirmed and revised measures against dozens of individuals and entities linked to Iran’s nuclear and ballistic missile programs and the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC).
