EU Removes Two Individuals from Sudan Sanctions List

The Council of the European Union adopted Council Implementing Regulation (EU)2025/376 which amends the sanctions regime with respect to Sudan.

The amended regulation concerns restrictive measures imposed on those that undermine the stability and political transition of Sudan.

Specifically, the EU amended the regulation in order to align with recent United Nations Security Council decisions which removed two individuals from the sanctions list.
