EU Updates ISIL, Al-Qaida Sanctions List

The European Commission adopted Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/2123 which amends the EU’s restrictive measures imposed on ISIL (Da’esh) and al-Qaida.

Specifically, the Commission amended Annex I to the regulation to reflect U.N. 1267 Committee actions which amended two entries under the sanctions.
