1. Your personal data is processed by the Cyprus Gaming and Casino Supervision Commission («the Commission») for the purpose of examining your request / complaint.
2. In the course of examining your complaint, the Commission may share your personal data and information related to your complaint with the Operator. In some cases, if deemed necessary, the Commission may share information with third parties who will assist in investigating the complaint. Please inform the Commission if you do not wish your data to be disclosed and the reason why.
3. Your personal data is retained by the Commission for the period provided by law. The Commission takes the necessary organisational and technical measures to protect your personal data. You may exercise your rights to information, access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and objection by sending a postal letter to the Commission’s offices at Thalias 3, 1st floor, 3011 Limassol, or by emailing: dpo@cgc.org.cy.
