The Council of the European Union adopted Council Implementing Regulation (EU) 2026/1895, to add seven individuals and three entities to its global human rights sanctions list over their roles in Southeast Asian scam centers linked to cryptocurrency investment fraud, human trafficking, forced criminality, torture and illegal detention.
