EU Updates Five Entries on Cyber Sanctions List

The Council of the European Union adopted Council Implementing Regulation (EU) 2026/1078, which amends restrictive measures imposed in response to cyberattacks threatening the EU or its member states.

The EU updates the reasons for including four individuals and one entity on the list of sanctioned persons.
