EU Updates ISIL Financing Sanctions Entry for One Individual

The European Commission adopted Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2026/1812, amending its sanctions list with respect to ISIL and al-Qaida.

The regulation updates the identifying information for Hamida Nabaggala, a Ugandan national residing in the Democratic Republic of Congo. It replaces her previously listed name, date of birth, and passport details with revised information, including a February 23, 1989, birth date and an expired Ugandan national identification number.
