The Financial Action Task Force (FATF) announced updates to its lists of jurisdictions on 30 October 2026.
Specifically, Bulgaria, Côte d’Ivoire, the Democratic Republic of the Congo and Monaco have been removed from the list of Jurisdictions under Increased Monitoring (the “Grey List”), following progress in addressing the strategic deficiencies identified in their AML/CFT frameworks.
Vietnam remains on the Grey List, while Myanmar, Iran and the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (North Korea) continue to be included in the list of High-Risk Jurisdictions Subject to a Call for Action (the “Black List”).
