In response to Russia’s continued aggression against Ukraine and its intensified strikes deliberately targeting civilians and civilian infrastructure, the Council adopted additional restrictive measures against five individuals responsible for supporting Russia’s military and industrial complex in the context of its ongoing war of aggression against Ukraine.

The listed individuals hold senior positions in Russian companies active in the defence and military technology sectors, including through the development, production or supply of military technology and equipment used by the Russian armed forces in the war of aggression against Ukraine.
